Please help me with my problem y'all
when I'm attempting to print , the paper doesn't feed properly and gets all screwed up in the process. some times it gets stuck and i'll get a 'paper jam' message on the screen.
what do i need to do guys?
There must be something obstructing the Auto Sheet Feed Assembly, you need to clean the paper path, use a vacuum cleaner or look deep into it if you can find something there if the problem persists you should take your printer to the service center and get it serviced.

First off, the simplest
solution is to try to clean the rollers of dust. If you can access the rollers,

take all the paper out but one sheet. Spritz some alcohol on the bottom of that
sheet and smear it out so it covers the entire width of the paper up about 2 inches.
Then try to print a document that is a blank page. After either of these
methods wait at least 4-5 minutes for all the alcohol to dry before trying to
