Hello Dear,
There must be something obstructing the Auto Sheet Feed Assembly, you need to clean the paper path, use a vacuum cleaner or look deep into it if you can find something there if the problem persists you should take your printer to the service center and get it serviced.

Panasonic KX-P7110 printer won't print from the auto feed tray, shows error when printing is attempted.

Hello,
Please check the entire length of the paper feed path from input to output for a small piece of paper that is stuck causing a "Paper Jam".
You are lucky that you can still print manually as this usually shuts a printer down until the jam is found and removed!
Good Luck!

My Epson 1400 wont pull the paper through when I hit the print button. But when I insert a sheet of photo paper and hit outside printer button it will pull thepaper through but wont print

Hi

First off, the simplest solution is to try to clean the rollers of dust. If you can access the rollers, especially while they are spinning, this would be best. Get a damp cloth either with water or rubbing alcohol and wipe the rubber down, and retest your machine. Most of the time this is cause by the paper pickup rollers, which are made out of plastic or rubber, getting too dirty/slick to properly pick up the paper. Remove all the paper and the paper tray if you can. Using a long qtip, clean the rollers with alcohol. If that doesn't work, or can't be done with your printer, take all the paper out but one sheet. Spritz some alcohol on the bottom of that sheet and smear it out so it covers the entire width of the paper up about 2 inches. Then try to print a document that is a blank page. After either of these methods wait at least 4-5 minutes for all the alcohol to dry before trying to print again.

Please get back to us if you have further query or else please accept the solution.

Paper feed wont take paper to print gets crinkled and wont print

This is sort of scenario could be caused by dust inside the printer. Dust prevents the rollers from having a firm grip on the paper while picking paper. When one roller has a firm grip and rolls the paper well while the other doesn’t, crumples result. So I will suggest you get a long handle brush and try to reach as far inside the printer as possible and brush (from the back and front; if you have a blower please use it as well). This, if properly done should do it. Brush especially the rollers etc.

Epson R300

First of all turn the printer off & disconnect all of the cables. Turn it over and give it a shake, you'll be amazed at what gets inside the feed hopper. Next try a stiff piece of A4 card (the backing from an A4 notepad for instance), feed the card into the paper feed and push it through quite hard to overcome the spring resistence. Once it has started to go through open the lid and check if it has pushed anything through the rollers. Feed the card all the way through the mech and pull out of the front. Hopefully the card will have cleared the paper path of any objects and reseated the sensors.
Good luck.

When i go to print the printer starts but doesnt take the paper

there is problem in the paper feeder gears of the printer.they r pulling the paper and then not able to forward the paper as they worn out or slightly cracked.so they needs replacement with deep servicing/cleaning from proper technician .it will be ok after that.

Printer keeps on jamming paper

Dear all,
I will try to help you. Paper jam error may be caused by some possibilities. So, please notice this indication:
  • If the printer status is READY immediately after Power ON then Paper Jam Error message appears while feeding the paper: Sheet Feeder Unit is faulty or any other material (such as broken paper) present inside paper path blocking paper end to reach paper feed sensor.
  • If Paper Jam Error messages appears immediately after Power ON: Paper feed sensor or logic board is faulty
Corrective action:
  • Remove the material from paper path
  • Replace Sheet Feeder Unit
  • Replace Paper Feed Sensor / Logic Board
Please rate me as Fixya if you find this useful for you. Thanks.
