I was using my heater and ran fine, I filled the tank up and put it in the back of my pickup and then the blower started and just quit. I checked the reset button and tried again, it won't start at all now and the power supply verified working !!! thanks

Bypass the Safety Control (reset). If it runs replace the part. If it doesn't restore the bypass & move along the current path- see where voltage is getting and where it isn't.

Caution-- do not leave the unit running with the SAFETY CONTROL bypassed!

The Safety control feeds both the motor & the Ignition Control (transformer). According to your description neither is operational so it sounds as if the reset is either defective or has a loose wire.......unless the thermostat is defective or turned too low to allow the unit to cycle.

I drained the heater tank I have a leak in the Tube Sheet Coil, but need to check the blower and igniter, if I put water back in the tank under pressure it will be forced back up the blower.

Ignitor already compromised. Blower is probably fine.

I cant get it to start. The primer bulb wont refill with gas

The bulb pulls fuel from the carb into the bulb and back to the tank, if the bulb does not fill it is because there is a fuel blockage, either in the fuel filter in the tank, or the screen in the carb itself.

The heater just quit working. It worked fine yesterday but this morning it does not. The car is running a little hotter trhan normal but not overheating. Any ideas?

I would check to make sure the radiator is full and the overflow tank is filled to the proper level. It doesn't have to be very low for these cars to stop blowing heat.

Weedeater blower will not prime

The primer bulb sucks fuel from the tank to the carb. When the carb has enough fuel the remainder is sent back to the tank. When you replaced the fuel line did you use the exact length of line and did you re-install the filter. On some of the trimmers the filter is weighted and holds the line in the fuel. Good luck...Lee

Fuel pump works fine. pickup tube is clear. no fuel to engine.

OK...nearly forgot about mechanical pumps!!! The fuel line is a suction line, making splits & holes difficult to find after the thing dies. BUT, If you disconnect the fuel line at the carb and attach a siphon hose to it while siphoning some fuel from a quart container, the fuel line is now carrying fuel TO the tank, with slight pressure. It will then leak wherever a hole is. Then you can just replace section with rubber line.(unless the leak is on top of the tank) It's really rare that the pickup tube will fall off or rot away. Usually the tank will go away long before that ever happens.
If it comes down to removing the tank, you can easily lower it by filling a tire tube up and putting them under the tank (on a jeep sometimes two) and after removing the straps, just let the air out of them. Once the tank is down I'm sure you can find a way to get the fuel out!

Acts like it can't get gas.

Your last sentence has me wondering, did u purchase gas for both vehicles at the same gas station? How far apart did u fill them up (same day, 2 days apart...) I am wondering if you got some bad gasoline. It would explain your problems and the coincidence of both vehicles giving u this type of problem. How about draining the gas out of the vehicle w/ the least in the tank, replace the fuel filter again add fresh gas from a different station. This is of course assuming your fuel pump is ok. When the gas is removed do u see any sediment? Any water would be at the bottom of the tank (gas floats on water) so u should check for water also. Let me know what u discover. good luck!! countrycurt0
