Image processor malfunction - the processor reads the same buffered data twice. The only 2 things you can do is to :
1. take out the back cover of the monitor and clean the insides thoroughly - be especially attentive at the cooler on the processor, no speck of dust should be left on it.
2. check the voltages from the power source - lower ones usually cause data corruption. If you don't know how to do that or what to do if the voltages are incorrect then it's time to take the monitor to a repair shop.
