I was wonder why is my mp3 player is freezing up it didn't start freezing up until I pluged it in a apple computer

Is the Philips Device a disk right?
I have the same problem.

Sounds like a firmware problem.

Run the Philips Device Manager to repair the device. This will format the player and re-load the corrupt firmware.


The player is not Apple compatible so don't plug it in to one.
