This is very common for these types of TVs. Has it recently been moved or bumped? Or possibly exposed to a surge. - READ Warning below.
This is an issue with the color guns being out of alignment. This will require a TV expert to fix. The color guns are controlled by wire field coils wrapped around the CRT or main picture tube. Possibly the glue used to hold them in place may have let go some. I kinda know what to do, and I find it very difficult to do a good job of aligning the guns to produce a clear picture. Take it to a TV repair shop or have them come out to you would be better, because once aligned, it may shift again while being transported home.
WARNING. There are VERY high voltages in back of your set. In the 40 thousand volt range or more. Don't mess with it yourself unless you KNOW what you are doing. Don't guess.

For the money - I'd look at a new flat screen.. !!!!

I have a Mitsubishi 55"

This set has a convergence problem. You should only need to replace the IC. Part is STK393-110. It sits on the middle board behind the large heatsink. Use a heat transfer compound to ensure repair lasts. If you have no experience soldering (or unsoldering) please use a professional for the work. The traces are fragile and I have fixed many mistakes local DIYers have committed. Goodluck.

Hello

red, green, and blue lines curve across the top of tv is cause by defective convergence STK IC or you have open resistor at convergence section. if you have defective RGB Color vertical ramp probably you have defective STK IC..

You have defective Convergence IC's. It's best to have a service company verify and do the repair if you wish. Normally runs about $250.00

Picture stretching with Red, Green, and Blue Image Overlays

assuming that you have adjusted the convergence and this had no effect. you might have some blown convergence chips and/or resistors. these make the 3 color line up with each other.. my 55 in phillips did the same thing and the more i used it the worst it got. first it was the blue and the red and finally the green., replaced chips and resistors and the problem went away... good luck.. a lot of soldering involved. but the chips are only like 11.00 each and the resistors are like ten for all three.

Line at top of screen

There are problems in the vertical blanking or scanning circuits. This is not something you can fix yourself at home. It involves troubleshooting the deflection amplifiers and scan generator areas to locate the defective components.

You will have to give the set out for service. I would suggest to get an estimate before proceeding. This type of repair can be costly for the labor to find the fault. If it is only generic type parts involved, the parts themselves will not be too expensive.
