I have Geico Insurance for my automobile and did all of my document processing with the computer.
However, if they require faxes, then I would try to go to the local library and see if they have this service.
Or, if you are in an area where this is no fax service locally, and have to use your own fax machine, then I need the make and model of it to go further.

OK, I'll see what I can find for you on the PIXMA MX320.

There is an on screen manual that you can download from canonusa.com.
Just go to canonusa.com and input your model # in the search query, and the above web address should work.
It has different versions for different operating systems, so that is why I couldn't install it on the library computer that I happen to be on.
However, you should be able to download the proper version for your computer operating system and read about how to send faxes using your all in one printer from canon.
Good luck on sending your documents to Geico.
Note that the canonusa.com site sometimes has high traffic and downloading takes longer than one would expect.
The link, again, is:

thank you so much
You're welcome. And the manual there should be the same as the one that was lost. It might even be more updated than the one that was lost.
Good luck.
