Question about LG 42PX5D 42 in. Plasma HDTV
Disconnected TV, moved from one wall to another, hooked it back up - now no picture, no sound.
When it powers up, the green light(power) flashes a few times; never did that before and it takes a while to power off
Hi, If you had not moved it, I may rule the SMPS (power supply board) went bad.
The unit may have suffered excessive shock that it knocked loose a connecting cable or two inside the unit. Don't be a hero though by attempting to pry the unit open. LG generally has a two (2) year warranty and they're super on repair turn around time. Call it in and they'll fix it pronto.
