E4 error = Unbalanced error - The load in the drum is unbalanced.
Try
switch off the power and rearrange or remove some of the items to be washed. If not help the sensor may need to be replace.

Dishwasher is beeping and showing code E4

There really isn't a standard for dishwasher error codes. Need to know the manufacturer and model number to proceed. This could be a fault with the float in the fill or overflow sensing that there's too much water. You might try removing the water and letting the machine dry out. Could be too much suds from combo cheap detergent and rinse agent.

Haier HLP23E - When I press start, the water flows in and out at the same time.

Hi Lina, accordin to the Haier website, E4 stands for "water inlet problem. Water can not inlet or cannot reach the selected level in a proper time.". Unless the ingoing water pressure is really low, I think you need to service the machine. Anyway, hope this helps!

Keep getting a E4 Code

This E4 Phenomena means "no water":
No or slow water fill (not
reaching the full level in 15 min),
therby computer sends display message "E4"
Reasons:
1) The house water tap is not open, or
2) This is the most common E4 reason- The water inlet valve (that the hose is connected to) is blocked.
3) The water pressure is too low and the flow is too weak.
Solutions;
1) Open the water tap, then push the START/PAUSE button again.
2) Clean the water inlet valve. Shut off house water supply on the wall then, unscrew (lefty loosy) each hose from the house and the machine and look for a screen and clean the junk away from the screens. You may have 1 or 2 screens depending on the hose there may be 1 screen where the hose connects to the house and another screen inside the machine valve. Then, return hoses and turn on the water pressure again, Then push the START/PAUSE button again.
3) Wait for the normal water pressure to return to the house before use.

My conia washing machine model cwm5003t wont empty or spin and comes up with e4 on display whats wrong

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

If the water flows then the flow should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

Brand new washer, E4 Error

OK this should not happen. It might be that the connectors to the watervalve is lose. E4 is a sign that the watervalves are closed. You should contact the store you bought it from and have them give you a replacement. Do not open it for now as it will void your warranty. You know it is not the pressure as the other never had this problem
This however is the link for all the parts you need. or might need.

Have a good one and good luck changing this one out and please dont take no for an answer
