I have had very good success using the "TEAM
VIEWER" program which is FREE to use as a "Non-Commercial user and
assigning a password when it asks you to do so at the remote site. Only place a password on
the remote computer not on the one you are using. After you get it installed
on the remote and your computer you will be able to access it and control it
remotely. If you have any problems I will try assisting you
further.
