if you need drivers, you can download it from www.acerpanam.com.
for recovery cd, i don't think acer have it online, you need to order it from them.
FYI, if you haven't delete the partition in your hdd, you can use alt+f10 to re-install your Operating system and after that, you can create your own recovery cd.

Normally there is one screw (at the back of the cd drive) that has to be removed either from the bottom of the laptop or in some cases it is under the keyboard.
Then open the cd drive using a paper clip and pull the drive all the way out. Grab the side rails and gently wiggle back and forth while pulling on the drive.
