Question about Whirlpool Gold 24 in. Built-In Dishwasher Dishwasher
Your dishwasher (all dishwashers) will heat the water to the required temperature if the supply is not hot enough. If you connect cold water only, your washer will always spend time and electric to heat the water up. You should always use hot supply for dishwashers. Washer will still heat it further if needed, but will need a lot less time and electric to do so.
