Sunbeam warming blanket

purchased a sunbeam warming blanket at JCPENNEY 01/03/07. have warranty. called 800# and constantly busy. have some product numbers on label of blanket--33684 p.n.107882-002--also have control style no. 85kop and another p.n.119435-000. who do i contact?
i type in sunbeam warming blanket for the product and it won't take it so i will type in something else so this will go through.

Dear Sir, I called J C PENNEY and they suggested I call back next month or so when the electric blankets come in for winter so they could get the information I need.

I still don 't understand why the blankets did not come up in the product information.
