Either your screen res is too big giving you problems on seeing whats on the screen, however you can change the monitor or try the following. press the windows button on your keyboard hopefully you will be able to see the start menus then go to contrl pnl, users then add another user with admin preveledges. you cannot change a user password for anyone in control panel only for the logged in user. to change a forgotten account password you need a third party software.
