I was playing need for speed and it kicked me off. it always kicks me off at at the same part of the game. this is what it says: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: Speed.exe...

need for speed game
how was it installed. (off CD or off Steam or other service for games?
if yes, contact them and ask.
or is this a internet streamed game
try tell what you have first then ask a question.
what are you playing it on, AND HP computer>
if yes which one, and model full name.

my guess the above is crash dump (system application crash no a car crash)(haha)
and what OS, operating system?

the 3 causes of this are.
1: bad hardware the system even bad memory.(more..)
2; bad software system (OS, video drivers, etc or viruses)
3; bad game code, get the latest version or your game
or then reload it toatally if no newer version reload what you have,(unstall , install)

What game are you trying to play?, You could have a look at the games system requirements, it should tell you what video card is best suited for the game.
