- I too need an owner's manual. These things must be worth their weight in gold - you can't find them anywhere. I wish I did have one - you could make a fortune - if you were of that mind set. I've tried repeatedly to access Salton's (the maker's) website, but the section of it dealing with brands is down. It appears they've changed hands. I found the manual online to a very similar appliance, though, the El Paso Quesadilla Maker. The pictures in it look eerily like my Santa Fe model, and it has some good sounding recipes to boot. Try contacting the manufacturers by 'phone.
Alternatively it may actually be cheaper to watch Ebay to see if any come up.
