Mark Of The Unicorn MOTU Traveler Sound Card

Traveler not recognized by PC

posted by jkerchee on Jun 16, 2008

My traveler fell and landed on it's back right where the connection is for the firewire output. It fell with enough force that now my computer doesn't see it or know that it's connected. I believe something on the inside got knocked or broke loose. Anybody got any ideas or had a similar prob?
