Question about Canon iR 2016i Black and White Copier
System error e007 code means that the fusing film is out of Home Postion or the film is ripped. You will need to most likely have the fixing film replaced. You are proble going to have to get a service to repair it, but
Remove the fixing unit from your machine and have a look on it just to check the condition of the fixing film itself. If you find any defect on it, don'tworry. Just buy a new one (fixing film) and replace it. I think thereafter your machine will be okay.
To prevent this problem in future, make sure you always release jummed paper on fixing assembly by pulling the paper release lever (lightgreen).
