Question about HP Pavilion zd8000 Notebook
Long Story...Yesterday my computer was working fine. This morning when I tried to turn it on it went to a black screen with different options such as safe, last working , continue running, etc. I tried all and NOTHING worked, everytime it would flash a blue screen and then go back to the black screen. I got out my repair CD and tried to reset everything, but even that isn't working. I've tried to "set up Windows XP now" and that didn't work I then tried to "repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console" but I can't get through the first couple of steps due to lack of password or not knowing which option to pick. PLEASE HELP! I already know I'm going to loose all my documents on my computer, but is there some way to fix it without paying megga bucks to do so???
Your computer motherboard has fried thanks to the brilliant powers-that-be in HP. The P4 chip is too strong and the batteries die often and the the thing heats like a ceramic heater. Thanks to them alot of people are finding themselves with a 1800.00+ piece of ****. BTW they will not replace it and stated that the time frame for a Class Action lawsuit is overwith and expired. Good Luck on yours.
Very bitterly yours,

You have a virus... try derfaging the computer if possible... if it is not, then you need to send it in for repair

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
