First, you may need to provide the brand and model number of your router, so that we could check the "Web Content Filter" feature of your router. Or, you may refer to the user manual of your router and see on how to block a web site.
Basically, you will need to access the route's web utility (WEBUI) via it's IP address > login to your router using the admin user name and password > then look for the settings. There you might find the filter.
If you could not find it, let me know the brand and model number and I will try to research it.
