I have ASUS Motherboard into my CPU. but i have not Motherboard CD. so, guide me how getting this motherboard drivers from internet

Have you installed the lan driver from the asus site or the motherboard cd. Always use the drivers from the Asus site. Reinstall the Lan driver and see what happens. I have had many bad lan's on motherboards and end up fitting a pci lan card, then all is well. Also you should check your settings to make sure disconnect when idle is not ticked.

Im looking for my motherboard to download it.. and my video card..where will i find it?
You need to go on the asus site from another computer if the internet is not working on your pc thenenter your motherboard model it will give you all the drivers you need to make all the components work correctly. Copy them on a USB key or burn them on a cd if you are on another computer.

It will ask you for the CPU socket it is 478 for your board. For your video card go on the GPU manufacturer website wich would probably be ATI or Nvidia you will get the driver with your card model from the download or support section of the site.

Motherboard cd lost
Find another computer with a CD-writer and Internet access.
Access the ASUS web-site. Search the site, for your specific motherboard. Select and download the device-drivers for VIDEO and NETWORK. Burn the downloaded files to a CD-R.
Move the CD-R disk to your computer, and install the device-drivers.

TO look up the mother board,One would have to know what CPU socket it has.(See the asus web link below to look your model  up from  and to download drivers from, if needed) Basicly anything that comes withe the board has the driver on the CD.  Audio on board? yes that is a driver issue, you need to install the motherboard cd, all those with question marks are not functioning well if you will install these drivers you will soon experiencing the slow down of your pc upon boot up and sometimes it will hang. since your motherboard is an asus you may download the drivers to asus if you don't have the motherboard cd
