I can only get it to run on the normal 44 minute cycle if I can plug the outlet in and hit the start button before it beeps, requires many tries as it beeps rather quick. Getting it to run through one cycle by "beating the beep" fixes it til the next time - perhaps six months. No error codes have ever shown up (for this problem). I don't see this problem posted and refuse to spend another dime on the most expensive junk machine I've ever purchased, only to take light colored "outerwear" to laundrymat. Hopefully Whirlpool's short term gain (by refusing to make good) will lead to long term pain. I for one will never trust them with by business again.
