hi,
There is some dry soldering in the base board of you monitor. Its simple problem but the user cant rectify it. because removing the base board is not much easer. so consult some electronic repairing shop near you. Green light continously blinking in samsung sync master 753s

1. cpu problem. why because of there is no signal output from cpu to monitor. the led blinking means there is no vertical, horizontal signals from cpu to monitor.

2. your monitor connected to another system.

3. neck board dry points.

4. cheak the display cable. 13&14 pins are horizontal, vertical signals.1, 2, 3 pins , R G B , 6 ,7, 8 pins R G B ground ( coaxiler cable used , meshed wire is ground )

RAM PROBLUM

yes it is a RAM problem in all probability. Open your box after taking out the power cable. If you know how a RAM module looks like, take it out & replug it. If more than 1 module, fix 1 module at a time and power on the system. If still the same problem get your RAM checked/replaced.
