Question about AT&T 1717 Digital Answering Machine
Dear Sir or Madam,
I own an A T & T Answering Machine - Model 1726 - which has given me reliable service over many years. I have misplaced my owner's manual but have relied upon your excellent customer service in the past for minor problems.
Now, after reconnecting the answering machine to my phone, everything seems to be working well. The only problems are::
a) the center indicator shows a number (now, it is No. 13; it was no. 12; perhaps because I made a test phone call to see whether the machine was working) - which I cannot turn off.
b) the arrows pointing to MBOX!, MBOX2, and MBOX3 are all lit. Same problem. I cannot turn them off.
