Question about Magellan MAESTRO 3100 98083401 GPS Device
i have the files, but fixya wont let me give them to you (we are not allowed to contact the customers)....but if your computer see your 3100, you wont need them..just run the update again and wait till its done (it takes a while, the update is huge and takes about 30 minutes)...
if it doesnt work, Magellan will repair or replace any of their gps that were render inoperable due to one of their updates..

You may ask a technical support question or request a repair and get a Return Authorization (RA) number by phone. An RA number is required prior to shipping your product to Magellan for repair.
