Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
The compartment drain is clogged either with ice or debris. Do lengthy manual defrost on the unit by removing the contents and then placing a fan blowing into the unit for more than 2 hours. You must make sure that any ice that has formed in the drain has thawed or the problem will repeat.
Look at item 8 this link:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?model_id=5170439&diagram_id=1352399#d1352399
The drain that is most likely clogged is in the center of the tray or just below it in the compartment.
The compartment drain itself consists of items 1, 2, and 3 of this link:

The tube that gets clogged is item 6 of the link above. Clean out the drain and the tube.
I clear it with a piece of copper wire by gently pushing it through the drain. You can use a plastic Zip / cable / spot tie also. Before you place the unit back into service make sure you can pour a cup of water into the drain and it clears rapidly.
You should be able to do this without the aid of an in home service person.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly
