Question about Philips PSS110/17 MP3 Player
I have the Philips PSS110/5 player and I could never download music to it from my laptop.
While trying to solve the problem, I accidentally formatted the player. Now all I get on the screen of the player is; “Problem! Please connect to computer”.
When I connect the PSS110 to the pc, I can see in the properties section the system folder…but nothing else.
I don’t seem to have the program disc to re launch…Is there any other way you can suggest.
Hope you can help me please.
Ps. My PC is vista
The PSS110 is not fully compatible with Vista.
You can download the Philips Device Manager for the PSS110 from:
The software is not Vista compatible so you will have to run it on an XP machine.
Run the Device Manager and select the repair option. This will update the firmware and replace the system files.
Make sure the player is connected to the mains during this process.

If u formatted the system connect the pss110 threw usb 2 your computer and use the program called toolbox it will allow the pss110 2 reinstall the firmware

Philips personal sound system is not getting on. we think that there is no charge. so we put it in charger. still it is not working
