My sister had a similar problem. I think all you need to do is push the memory card in a bit firmer until you hear it click into place then that should hold it.

Hope that helped.

When I switch on it automatically keeps taking images and won't stop.

Sounds as though moisture is closing the shutter release contact or has damaged it. You can try wrapping the camera in a clean, paper bag without the lens and battery and open the battery and memory card door as well as the other covers. Then place the bag in a large bowl or box of clean, dry, uncooked white rice, completely covering it, for at least a week to draw moisture out of the camera. You can also use a commercially available moisture desiccant but they're more expensive and the rice works pretty well. If that doesn't help send the camera in for repair as soon as possible. The longer you wait, the more damage can be done by trapped moisture.

I have an envy2 lg from verizon my screen went blank and now i cant see my contacts or any important information on my phone does anyone know if there is a sims card or anyway to at leaste get my contacts...

Hello, welcome to Fixya!

Unfortunately, the Verizon network does not use Sim cards. It uses the CDMA network. All calls are tracked through it and it uses this network to keep up with everything you do on your phone.

The only slot available on it is the slot for the Micro SD card, which is for expanded memory.

So you may have your pictures on the memory card. Insert the memory card to another phone or computer to view the contents therein as you may find your pictures there.

As for the contact, you may not find the contact on the memory card because it is stored in the phone memory.

So at this point, I guess you are left with not option that to have the screen replaced, in order to see your contacts again.

Regards.

My camera keeps saying card error? It wont let me take pics or even look at ones already on the camera?.... Just keeps saying card error. What should I do??

Welcome to Fixya.

There are two possible reasons why your caemra keeps on displaying CARD ERROR.

First reason is not formatted for use in the camera. The solution there is you just have to format the memory card. In order for you to format the memory card you just have to click on this link and refer to page 89 in formatting memory card.

Second reason is memory cards need to be clean. You just have to clean it with soft and dry clothes. If the message is repeadted. That's the time that memory card needs to be replaced.

I hope this information give you a relief on your problem.

My nokia n72 keeps on saying memory full delete some files...I have nothing on my memory card yet. What am I supposed to do to fix this...Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

hie!
if ur cell is displaying the memory full warning, it means ur phone memory is full, try to reduce some software frm the phone memory, and always install the softwares on ur memory card whenever it ask to install the path, while installing a software.

if the problem is still there, of memory full after emptying ur phone memory, then soft format ur cell, by pressing *#7370# and then the security code(12345 by default)

bt before that backup all ur important datasuch as contacts and mesages of the phone memory, as then soft format reset all the settings and flash all the phone memory.

on the above image you can see how I solved this problem. I used the way discribed in solution #2. I first broke off the little box and then added the little copper wire contacting the piece of iron at its left. Now my camera works again.
