Our new-to-us Hewlett Packard Laser Jet 4 Plus is mission an owner's manual. After a paper jam, we removed the paper, but don't know how to reset it. any advice? thanks mthubers@netnitco.net

Kindly remove the back cover of the priter and remove the ray then remove the ink based on the color wise.

Yellow toner is getting low, or check to make sure your print driver is set correctly for this printer.

I had this problem with an HP Laserjet printer. An old, dry piece of paper got mangled as it fed through. I finally used a bright LED flashlight and examined the entire paper path. Found a tiny shred of paper lodged deep inside. Removing that tiny shred with tweezers solved the problem.

The paper size selection knob or MP paper size does not
match the installed paper or more than one sheet of paper
was picked up.

It proberly has dust in the printer near the spool (the picture below)

Try removing the toner cartridge and re-install it again then recycle the power.

Does it show anything after 13?
