This is Apple's way of not allowing people to share songs. I can't take your songs you can't take mine if you get a good hook up on your computer and you try to copy songs it will delete the songs on the guest player. You did not buy the songs you can't have them. That's Apple.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Ipod classic won't sync with itunes 10

Restarting your computer is often the solution when your iPod fails to sync with your iTunes music library. But if this fails, there are other troubleshooting steps to take.

Recharge your iPod via a USB cable connected to your computer or AC adapter. b> Click the help menu in iTunes and check for updates. Follow the onscreen prompts to download and install the latest version of the software. Open the new version of iTunes. Click the name of your iPod in the source list and check for updates under the summary tab to update your iPod. Attempt to sync your iPod with iTunes. Slide your iPod's hold switch to the hold position and then to off. Press and hold the menu and center buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears to reset your iPod. Open iTunes on your computer and reconnect your iPod to try to sync it with iTunes. Restart iPod service b> Close iTunes and make sure your iPod is disconnected from the computer. Click the 'start' button. Click 'run' if using Windows XP. Type 'services.msc' in the run box in XP and in the search box in the start menu in Windows 7 and Vista. Press 'enter.' Scroll through the list and double-click on 'iPod service.' Click the 'stop' button and leave the properties window open. Connect your iPod to the computer. Open 'my computer' or 'computer' and look for your iPod listed in the devices with removable storage section. Click the 'start' button in the iPod Service's properties window. Open iTunes to attempt to sync your iPod. Close the iPod Service's properties window once your iPod has finished syncing. Resolve "Original File could not be Found" Double-click the name of a song in the iTunes program that failed to sync to your iPod. Click 'yes' or 'locate' to the message asking you if you want to locate the file. Navigate to the folder or directory location where the song is stored on your computer. Double-click the song file to select it and add it back to iTunes. Reconnect your iPod to the computer and open iTunes to restart the syncing process. Just got a 160gig ipod from a friend with 5000+ songs on it already. A friend of mine says that i can not plug it into my computer or i risk losing all those songs! What do I do? Please advise me!!

you can plug it in without loosing songs. Just don't use the sync option.

You can plug in, go to start menu, my computer, then find the ipod, double-click on the drive to access all the files. You can also highlight all the songs, and drag and drop into your music folder under my documents.

Hello I'm having a problem putting songs on my nephews ipod. Its telling me its already setup on another cpu so how do I go about downloading songs from my cpu to his ipod?

You will have to download I-Tunes from Apple.
Plug in his Ipod and then go to "Sync" in I-Tunes, this will sync your computer to his Ipod
But what will happen is that when you plug in the Ipod into your computer it will sync with your computer and all the songs that was on the Ipod from his computer will now be lost.
I don't know why they do that, but that is the way it is.
The only way around this is to burn a CD of your music and put it on his computer that the Ipod is sync'ed with.

Good Luck,
I hope this helps

I lose content of my Ipod when charging.

Hey. In your itunes window, you have the option to automatically sync the ipod once it is plugged in. If this is on, then your ipod will sync itselfto whatever computer you plug it into. This means that if you have uploaded a bunch of songs from your computer, and you plug it into another one with auto sync on, it will delete all your previous songs. In the future, make sure this option is turned off, and that you do it manually.
Hope this helps!

Where do i turn off manually add songs?

On the main ipod home page in itunes where it shows you how much memory is taken up, there will be four check boxes with word written next to it. There will be one that says manually manage files and it should be checked. Click it to uncheck it and it will automatically sync with itunes every time you plug the ipod into the computer so all new files and stuff will be sync onto your ipod without you having to do anythoing with it.
