I received an email with a font size too small for me to read. I know how to cut and paste it into word process, but when I try, it says the document is too large to paste. How do I reduce the "space" size of the original email

When viewing the email hold down the CTRL button and turn the wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out. The email program may have a menu at the top with a "View" option where you adjust the zoom or font size. I hope this helps.

All printout of correspondence is in small print. How do I increase the printout size?

Font type and size are usually set in the document processing application.
If it's a word .doc, you set the size in Word.
Anything you can paste to Wordpad, highlight the text and set the font size in the toolbar.

I have tried every thing that i could with out sucsess to enlarge the printer font size on my documents i can't hardly read them thay are so small.

If you are trying to print emails directly, you must change font size in Internet Explorer options for font size which controls email print size in Outlook Express. You may copy to a Word doc to control fonts there.

When I print out articles or emails the font is very small(tough to read) I can increase the font on my computer, but I want to print the bigger font size . I have an HP Photosmart4700

You can only change the font in the software that you are making your documents with or with your email try changing the font type and size. This is the only way to adjust the size of your font.

I took a print of gmail i received= the print is very tiny i can

Yes! there is, what you have to do is Copy (Ctrl+C) the texts that you want to print and open Microsoft word (MSWord), Paste (Ctrl+V) what you have copied to the document then edit the font size. After you get the font size that you want, do the Printing. You can find the font type and font size options at the upper left of your Microsoft Word environment.... Good Luck.

Font size problem when printing documents

Hi, my name is adam. I am pretty sure what you are describing is a common problem. Before you print you need to go to print setup or print preview and change the zoom settings so that when it prints it can be zoomed to where you can see it clearer.

Lexmark 5470.

The printer only prints dots sent down by the computer. It has no concept of a font or letters at all. You'll have to change a setting on your email program. Or cut and paste the text you want to print into a word processor where you know how to change the font size.

Print out is too small

To resolve this, try the following actions:

* Check the default fonts within Microsoft Windows.
* Select your entire document and set it to a larger font.
* Make sure all your fonts are loaded properly.
* Change the resolution to quick print at 600 dpi. To do so:

1. Click Start, Settings, Printers.
2. Right click the Lexmark printer icon and choose Properties.
3. Choose the Document/Quality tab and set the resolution to 600 dpi quick print/draft.

* Change the Spool Data Format to RAW. To do this:

1. Click Start, Settings, Printers.
2. Right click the Lexmark printer icon and choose Properties.
3. Select the Details tab and click Spool Settings.
4. In the Spool Settings screen, set the Spool Data Format to RAW.
5. Click OK and then Apply.

Font size problem when printing documents

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer
Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading
Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
