Question about AMD Codegen 350W ATX P4 Recommended Switching Power Supply, OEM Package (dscgps350atx) Power Supply
There's obviously something wrong in the supply, but it's not worth trying to repair. Replacement cost of computer power supplies is so low that there's no reason not to just throw it away and install a new supply. The time spent in trying to troubleshoot the problem and cost of parts will certainly exceed the price of a new supply.
