Windons internet explorer problem

I´m from Brazil, and I bought a notebook, dell inspiron 1420, about 4 months ago in Best Buy . Now the internet explorer cannot display the webpage, although the laptop is connecting to internet. i can use MSN,Skype.

do you have other internet browser installed ? try using it see if you can get webpage displayed

- check anti-virus if it is blocking anything that is a website.
