From my understanding your Electrolux washer is displaying an error code of 33. I am showing that is an invalid error code. This could be a miscommunication within your control panel. I would suggest performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting power from it for at least ten minutes. If the reset does not help correct the issue and the error code comes back please comment back. Also, let us know your model number. You can locate the model number of the door frame of your washer.
