Question about HP LaserJet 3055 All-In-One Printer
Whenever I turn on my printer, a No Print Cartridge Error comes up so I am unable to print or photocopy documents.
Are you using new HP cartridges or refills? Only HP cartridges have the proper chip in them for the printer to recognize.
Otherwise the contacts on the printer that communicate with the cartridge chip may be broken, bent, or out of place. Take a look at your cartridge, you will see a bunch of metal contacts. The ones on the side are electrical, the two that are near each other, they should be on the top of the toner or the one you are looking for. Look inside the printer for the matching contacts, they should be spring loaded, make sure they look ok, if not get the printer repaired. If they look fine and you suspect that they are making contact with your toner then maybe the electronics of the printer are faulty, have the printer repaired.
Do you have an old cartridge to try to see if the printer sees it, how about a new cartridge, maybe the chip in your current cartridge is bad.
