Question about Maytag Neptune MAH5500B Front Load Washer
You most likely have a piece of debris stuck in the water valve, not allowing it to close off completely. Sometimes you can remove the valve and flush it out, which if successful should restore the normal operation of the valve, however, in most cases you will need to replace the valve. This problem occurs from water debris from your fill hoses, so it is recommended to replace the hoses (and screens) at the same time. And, as always, if you attempt to make the repairs yourself, make sure you unplug the washer first :o)

Either your inlet valve is clogged or the pressure of your wall faucet is low. Or finally the inlet valve is defective. First try to clean out & ensure that the pressure is good.
