What part is it, that you have already replaced? Please clarify this info so that I can tell you what you can do to resolve the problem.

Ok. I have not been able to locate the exact part no, but I could find a similar part that is the auido/video board. Does the part you have replaced have all the inputs and stuff on the back of it?
Ok. I got it. From what you have described, the power board was not the only thing damaged . Main board is as well. It is very much possible as I have seen this happen several times due to power surges. I am positive that replacing the main board will resolve the issue
I have both. Compare the part number with that of the mainboard in your tv. You can find the part number on a small label on the board. As you have seen there are several Rev(revisions ) of the part, and I want to make damn sure that you get the right one.

the problem first started when we could not get power to the LCD TV we ordered the part #PRO464 or RSAG7.820.968/ROH which we received and we installed it we now have power indicated by the red light on the TV which we did not have before installing the above part now we have no picture (blue light showing) is there another part that needs to be ordered
we replaced it with part PRO464 or RSAG7 820.965/ROH now we get the red power light but we get no blue light or picture
