Heritage ceiling fan

Is it possible to purchase a brass plate so we can mount our fan. Also I am not sure of the model number but the sticker on the fan says lancaster series. Does that mean anything?

What do you mean by "brass plate"? Are you referring to the canopy (the part up by the ceiling, which hides the wires), or the switch cap (the part on the bottom, where a light kit would attach, which hides the wires there), or something else?

"Lancaster Series" simply refers to the model.

Heritage is, if memory serves me right, one of Wal-Mart's store brands. "Aloha Breeze" is the other. In that case, it would almost certainly be cheaper to buy a new fan. Replacement canopies are available at Home Depot and Lowes, though it's not certain the style would match. And replacement switch caps are not sold in stores -- you'd have to go to a ceiling fan collector or a ceiling fan repair company. And after shipping charges, it would almost certainly make sense to just buy a new fan at Wal-Mart.

Contact the manufacturer for the proper screw size. Just give them the Model number and they'll provide you the correct screw size. They may even just send them to you for free or for a nominal charge.

Where can I locate the model number of the fan?
There's a gold sticker on top of your fan's motor (the part that faces the ceiling once it is installed). Holding a mirror above the fan motor can help you read the numbers. It may also be found on the parts guide that was packed with your fan or on the box that contained your fan. You're looking for a 5-digit number and it sometimes has a suffix...i.e. 22345A

I need a celing mounting bracket for 52in 5 blade encon ceiling fan. where can i get one the model # is 94b03-0395

I just uninstalled my 29 year old Encon flush mount fan light. The number on the base is E101004. It was a lighted base. The mount bracket is built into the base. It is the 4 prong and hook style the allows the motor to hang suspended while wiring and then swings up. There is a glass ring that is sandwiched between the base plate and decorative bottom.
It's the only usable part besides the 4 glass light covers. You can save this from the land fill if you haven't purchased a replacement fan.
