If the phone looses charge very fast it means that the battery has gone. You must replace the battery with a new one.And as you have been trying to boot it up with a low battery the firmware may have gone corrupt. That too needs to be reinstalled. So, you have two problems with the phone. Dead or dying battery and corrupt firmware. Needs a visit to the SE Service center unless SE permits users to reinstall the firmware over the internet.
