Has this program been reflected in the list of programs in the control panel?? If so, then go to control panel, add/remove programs, go to the particular program and then click on remove. Follow the instruction there of. If it is not listed in the above list then the best thing to do is to download Fix - it 11 as long as it does not affect your performance. OR Try upgrading Fix-10 if the provision exists by going to Help when you open the program. It will automatically upgrade to Fix-11.

Please make use of the Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs if on your computer and if on a network resource then you need to be the Administrator of the network and logged in as such.
