Paragon does not show 47017 timer.
So sight-identification is next.

Here's a link that shows photos of Paragon timers:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html
I added manuals next to each of the Paragon products.

Let me understand this correctly. You downvoted the free answer I gave. And I offered to help identify your product. And I know the Paragon product line ... every timer and manual ... and you don't know the product line. I wrote a webpage on Paragon timers. And posted the manuals. And I offered to help if you just identify your timer more specifically. Instead you downvote my answer. Go pay for an answer next time because this waiter is not going to serve your table.

The 47017 is a 4 pole timer that uses the 4000 series motor/dial in a larger frame. Use the instructions from the Paragon 4000 manual from the link above for operating instructions.

Timer is not identified.
Check options below:

2) Pagragon has EC74 4-channel timer/light controller.
They also show EC7000 7-day digital timer

I misplaced my instructions for my timer and need to re-set it after a power outage. Can you please send me the instructions? Thanks.

Question posted under Intermatic ST01C, but Timer is not 100% identified since ST01C is battery powered, and should not lose programming or stop working with ordinary power outage.
Most digital timers have a battery or capacitor back-up for power outage.
Add a comment with description of timer buttons, or open link below to see most brands of in-wall timer.

Open following link for to identify Intermatic ST01C and Ei600 and download instructions:
http://waterheatertimer.org/ST01C-program.html#battery
ST01C timer has a battery backup. Power outage will NOT cause battery-powered display to fail, but power outage and power surge can cause any electronic timer to fail.
So either the battery went dead, or power surge ruined timer, or you don't have ST01C timer.

If ST01c display is not showing, then replace battery and then reprogram current time -or- manually re-set timer and then reprogram timer.

Is it possible to buy the timer motor for a Paragon electromechanical timer (Model 7008-20, 208-240 V, 60 Hz)? The timer motor part number is M3100, and the timer is 208-240 V, 3 watt 60 Hz.

1) Paragon is no longer making timers or parts except defrost timers.
7008-20 240V 24-hour mechanical timer is not a defrost timer.

I have a 4003 osz time clock and it does not turn lights on and off. Where can I get new insides for the same box.

As of November 2010 or before, Paragon is no longer making timers or parts except Defrost timers.
4003 0SZ is not a defrost timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

0SZ suffix appears to be 120Volt astronomic time clock that turns ON at Dusk and OFF at Dawn
4003 is DPST 120Volt 40 amp mechanical timer

MR Supply sells 7200

Intermatic mechanical astronomic clocks:
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/mechanical%20time%20switches/astronomic.aspx
These time clocks are Indoor-outdoor and can control 3 different 120V Loads, for example store light in front, outdoor light in back, and outdoor sign. All Loads turn on-off at same time.
Beverly Hills shows the V4547r

Intermatic also makes electronic astronomic time pieces where voltage is selectable, with many timing options (programming is detailed and complicated):
http://www.intermatic.com/products/timers/electronic%20time%20switches/astronomic%20electronic.aspx
NEMA1 is indoor box
NEMA 3R is indoor-outdoor box.
SPST means timer can control 1 Load
SPDT can control 2 120V Loads

I have a fan timer that delay for 30mins for every set time but the problem is when the power is out it loses its memory and start with 30mins delay all over again

Power outages are not that common.
If I understand correctly, you have or need some kind of automatic delay timer, like the Paragon ET series.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html#ET
Or maybe the Dayton off delay timer.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-Dayton-Off-Delay-Timer.html

Or you have an occupancy sensor with time delay like the Tork SSA.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Tork-Digital-timers-and-manuals.html#SSA

Is this timer hard-wired into a box, where it gets steady power?
Is the timer supposed to have a back-up rechargeable battery?

If this is a digital Tork box-type timer, most of those timers have a power-loss carryover.

If you can identify your timer, or say more details about how your timer operates and where timer is located, and what fan Load is, I might be able to suggest an alternative that works for your purpose.

Lost instruction manual. How do I progam my Paragon Electric timer Model EC7004/120

Link below has Paragon EC7000 series timers and manuals
EC7004/120 is 7-day programmable timer.
Single channel 120Volt SPST NEMA1 indoor timer.
Program up to 16 events per week
http://waterheatertimer.org/Paragon-timers-and-manuals.html

EC7000 series programming manual shows wiring, explains keypad, has steps for setting current time, and shows 24 steps for programming timer. Plus troubleshooting.
It is impractical to write out those steps when they appear in manual.

Have a 4003-00 Timer for a business park outdoor parking lot lights. I need to change hte tim to come on ~ can't find the book to tell me how to change this? Can you help?

ef74fbb.jpgParagon 4000 series is a mechanical dial timer

fb54fa2.jpg
Image explains general operation of timer
Attach Black tripper to dial at time you want lights to turn OFF
Attach Silver tripper to dial at time you want lights to turn ON
Minimum on-off period is 1-1/2 hours
Re-set dial after power outage.

The dial rotates with passing time
The timer takes the Paragon X2772 tripper
If tripper does not turn lights off-and-on, then you might need new trippers
If dial does not rotate, you might need new timer
If manual override does not work then check electricity

I have a model 7005 outdoor timer ,brand new but no instructions to proceed with settings .Can you help me?

72d1511.jpgParagon 7000
Paragon 7005 is a heavy duty 7-day mechanical timer that can handle 4 loads. It is DPST. One of two wiring diagrams applies to this timer:
1d6e8ec.jpgThe question is the the timer clock motor is 120V or 240V?

36b7dc9.jpgParagon EC 7000 is a 7-day digital timer with 16 set points per week
Manual for EC7000

Please re-post your questions as you start sorting out which timer you have.
Paragon is improving their site so there is less confusion over model numbers and functions. but information about the 7000 are still sketchy.
