What's the easiest way to change a cooling fan

There is only one way. Remove the bolts that hold the fan assembly on and removed the fan assembly. You may have to remove the upper radiator hose for clearance.

Can u replace fan board on a rheem with a fan relay switch

Yes, you can, but it's extremely detrimental to the unit - the fan will run continuously and the thermal functioning point of the cooling circuit will be way off the recommended range. Use that as a temporary (less than a week) and last resort solution.

My loptop keeps restarting every 5 minuts

If you are notusing your laptop on a flat surface, it may be obstructing the cooling vents onthe bottom of the laptop. Your laptop fanmay be faulty and not spinning freely, in this case replace the fan.
Check the fan and heat sink assembly and remove the dust, loosen the dust anduse a can of compressed air to clear away the dust. A laptop fanassisted cooling pad may solve your problem

hello danilo dungo!

seems like your cpu is not getting enough ventilation. disassemble laptop and clean all parts affecting cooling, even the fan, reassemble and try again.

It just could be in an enviroment that is too hot. Try using the laptop on a cool flat surface that does not block the vents in any way while in use. If the problem still persists you have 2 options, 1. Upgrade to a better heatsink/fan unit, or 2. Spend $20-30 on one of those laptop cooling pads and use it whenever you use the laptop. Hope this helps.
