Panafax UF-755e

I have a panafax UF-755e fax machine that keeps flashing the incorrect date Jan 1, 1900. I have tried resetting it, (unplugging) but it continues to flash that date. How can I get it to stop and correct it?

Thank-you for your help, but that has already been done, but it didn't work. There was no power outage. Any other suggestions?

GuruSometimes when this machine loses power it goes to a default setting (flashing time and date) You will need to got to the user parameters and reset the time and date. If you refer to your user manual it will tell you how to do this.
