So I am not the only one encountering the same problem! Printing A4 & DL are great but it simply does not let me print A6 properly no matter how hard I tried to configure the paper size (at the printer settings, printer preferences, the application settings etc) Can Fuji Xerox fix this?
If the printer has been sitting idle for a long time, it is possible the jets on the cartridge have gotten plugged. Try running a cleaning cycle on the printer a few times and see if that helps. If not, try replacing the cartridges. If it only has this issue when trying to print from a computer, reinstall the drivers for the printer and try printing again.
may be its problem *********** board. install another computer if you saw detect a new hardware so your printer is OK or no detect hardware devise then fault your printer mother board, replace it and buy a new mother board. Best luck xptareq2000 other help email@example.com.
1. First, clean your printer. Get some spray-n-wipe cleaner and a clean cloth and clean the entire inside of the printer. Also ensure your paper isn't dirty. Now print a test page. Does the symptom persist? 2. Remove all jammed paper. Check the paper tray first. Look closely at the paper rollers nearest where the paper exits the printer; this is a common source of jams. If you’re trying to print labels, they will often jam just before exiting the printer. 3. Try to print a test page. Does the printer still jam? If you can find no source of the jamming, check the printer's message display window and refer to your user’s manual to look up the printer error code.

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
