Setting the Date and Time Your FAX/MFC displays the date and time and prints it on every fax you send. In the event of a power failure, you may have to reset the date and time. All other settings remain unaffected. 1. Press Menu/Set, 1, 2. 2. Enter the last two digits of the year, and then press Menu/Set. 3. Enter two digits for the month (for example, enter 09 for September, or 10 for October), and then press Menu/Set. 4. Enter two digits for the day (for example, 06), and then press Menu/Set. 5. Enter the time in 24-hour format (for example, enter 15:25 for 3:25 PM), and then press Menu/Set. 6. Press Stop/Exit. The LCD now shows the date and time.

If you have to do that each time you shut it off and turn it back on try this. Take your memory card out and format your internal memory. Reset the camera and then re-enter the information. Shut the camera off and turn it back on and hopefully it will still be in there. If not then you have an internal memory error and that needs to be fixed by Casio.
Setting the Date and Time
The date/time needs to be set if/when:
Camera is turned on for the first time.
Camera is turned on after leaving ViviCam X60 without the battery for an extended period of time.
When the date and time information is not displayed on the LCD monitor, follow these steps to set the
correct date and time.
1. Slide the mode switch to [replay ], and press the MENU button.
2. Select [Setup2] with the LEFT ARROW button.
3. Select [Date/Time] with the UP ARROW / DOWN ARROW buttons, and press the SET

4. Select [Setup] with UP ARROW / DOWN ARROW buttons,and press the SET button.
Select the item’s field with theLEFT ARROW / RIGHT ARROW buttons and adjust the

Try resetting your camera. In picture taking mode press menu. Go to setup, go up to reset, press right arrow, make sure reset is highlighted and press set.
Then TAKE OUT MEMORY CARD. Go back into menu, go to setup, go up to format, press right arrow and highlight format, press set. Input ur date and time again and then power off and back on. If that doesn't help then you have to send into repairs. 800-706-2534 and keep choosing option 2 and they will tell you where to send it.
Try removing battery from camera then wait 10 seconds before installing. This action resets camera.
If no work, locate your camera software version. Procedure should be in manual, else could probably find it in a google search. Then locate latest version with a google search, or panasonic camera website, or call to customer service and ask.
It you do not have latest version, ask customer service how to download it.
