Question about GE Ovens
Well that's an Error Code, that indicates that you need to replace both the touch pad and the Controller Board replaced.

You most likely need to call a professional, to attend to this matter...ask for a "Quote" before allowing repair work to commence.
Contact a local or head office from GE, ask them for a referral to an authorised service center, and go from there.
It maybe beyond economic repair, so be careful, the keypad alone is around $300!
You could try to DIY, in which case you also need to get a service manual, to show you how to repair the unit, and more importantly, the parts numbers for replacement parts. It is not a difficult job, to replace these items.
It may indeed be better to put any monies that would have been used for repair towards a new unit, with a warranty? Of course that's your call.
