Question about Lenovo 3000 N100 0768 - Pentium Dual Core T2060 1.6 GHz - 15.4in. TFT PC Desktop
On startup an error message window appears called RunDLL.It says Error loading C:\Users\User\App Data\Local\Temp\geedb.dll.
and also its workin a bit slow.can u help me out with this.

Looks like a spyware or malware.
you might have to boot up in safe mode and try to get rid of it.
try to download "ComboFIX" from major geek site or a trusted site.
run it in safe mode at least twice (it'll take a while so let it finish, make sure you have your adapter plugged in, since it will use up alot of CPU resources, to clear the problem.
