it is most likely your machine may have a draining problem. if it cant drain the water out the door wont open. if you open the small door at the front bottom of the machine you will find the little black drain hose. unplug the hose off the door and drain machine. when the machine is empty try powering on and opening the door. if still no luck you will see (in the same location) a red pull ring. undo the screw holding the ring in position and gently pull until the door releases. it would be worth undoing the button trap lid to access the pump and check for any blockages (most common coins **** pins etc) let me know how you get on.

Unplug the machine. Remove the filter, take a flashlight and get your head down to check if something has fallen deeper in filter and pump housing which block the pump turbine. Also, make sure to check if the outlet hose isn't clogged or jammed with something too.

check the inlet valve solenoid there are three of them one might be o/c,also using to much soap can cause this or a coin stuck in the sump hose near the pump.the filter is in the valve but normally isnt the problem

open the little door at the bottom or remove the toe panel... then there is a coin trap... that will let you remove the water there is a black hose with a plug on the end remove plug and drain the water...by turning it and pulling it you can remove the coin trap and you my be able to remove somthing stuck in it... also there is a red string you can pull it and release the door
Hope it helps if NOT let me know more about your problem... and I will help
