Does it have a removable battery? If so remove the battery and see what happens. You may have to do a hard reset, which will involve holding down certain buttons as you power on the phone, which will then bring you to a screen that will list options for you to be able to reset. You will have to search for the proper buttons at the man. website.

My phone Will not turn on

Have you tried to reset. Remove the battery, leave it out for at least 30 seconds. Replace the battery and turn on again. For certain problems this works, and the phone will now power up normally.

Turn off the phone and remove the battery from the back. Leave the battery out for about five minutes, then put the battery back in. Power up the phone and it should be reset. If this fails, call your company's customer service for tech support.
