Did you perform a reset which removes these settings? before doing such reset one should print out the settings.

see the manual in this address for instructions on how to re enter settings into the printer

http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/DC_3535/userdocs/any-os/en/dc3535_en_customer_user_guide.pdf

system settings can be found on page 140 or 4-2 if looking at the markings in the pages.

Can you give me the name of the operating system you are running. Resetting the NVM usually requires a "patch" for your specific system. If you have lost those settings, then we need to go back to the drawing board and reproduce everything you added to your O/S and computer drivers that runs the computer.

If you lost non volatile memory settings, all you can do is reset them to factory default, as the machine does not keep backup of settings.
go to diagnostic test and adjustments menu and select code 0360, or set all nvm parameters to 1 (default), or follow instructions here .

1 Program the features and options you want to save for future use.
2 On the Job Assembly tab select Stored Jobs.
    3 Select Store.
4 Select the desired icon to identify the job number.
5 Select Enter/Change Name to name the job.
    6 Select the job number.
7 Enter a name up to 18 characters long for the stored job and
    select Save.
    8 Select Close.
That is how to store a job.
Hope that helps. If you need anything further I will need more detail as to what you are looking for.
    Thanks,

If you lost your settings because you reset the printer or you performed on upgrade then unfortunately they are gone.

Usually the only settings that really need to be set are the network settings in order to get you printing again. If you don't know what the network settings should be you should be able to get that information from any computer on your network. Look at the port settings in the printer's properties and you should be able to get the IP address of the printer. The subnet mask and gateway can be found by running ipconfig from a command prompt, type "cmd" in the Run dialog to get a command prompt. Most other settings are rather general so go through them and change them if you need, but setting up the network is important. Look at page 182 in the manual found here: http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/DocuColor_3535/userdocs/any-os/en/3535_User_Guide.pdf

Are you having trouble getting the printer back on your network? If so and the instruction I provided earlier are too vague please let me know and I will clarify. Let me know what version of Windows you are using and if you have a print server on your network. Thanks.

Oh, it's the colors you are having a problem with. Then you probably want to perform an Auto Gradation Adjustment. It's on pages 162-163 of the manual found here: http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/do...

    Here is what it says:

    Auto Gradation Adjustment

Auto Gradation Adjustment is a color calibration for the copier and printer. An Auto Gradation Adjustment compensates for differences between the actual and the expected toner densities for each color. An Auto Gradation Adjustment should be performed whenever there is a noticeable change in the appearance (quality) of the output, particularly changes in color

tones or densities. Performing an Auto Gradation Adjustment on a regular basis will help to maintain consistent color quality over time.

    NOTE:
Since an Auto Gradation Adjustment can affect all jobs for all users, it is recommended that this procedure be performed only by the Machine Administrator.

    Copy Job - Text
Compensates tones when a text original is copied.

    Copy Job - Photo
Compensates tones when a photo original is copied.

    Print Job
Compensates tones when printing with controller line screen.

    Network Controller - 1
Compensates tones when printing with Network Controller screen type 1.

    Network Controller - 2
Compensates tones when printing with Network Controller screen type 2.

    NOTE:
Printing the chart for Auto Gradation does not increase the meter count.

    NOTE:
When gradation adjustment is executed, the following

changes will be made to default copy settings set in System Settings mode: Copy density = Normal or Auto, Color Shift = Normal, Saturation = Normal, Color Balance = 0, Sharpness = 0.

    NOTE:
When Print or Network Controller gradation adjustment is executed, the printer’s output profiles for the available screen types are compensated.

    1
On the Image Quality Adjustment screen, select Auto Gradation Adjustment.

    2
Load 8.5x11 inch or A4 paper into Tray 5 (Bypass). Move the paper guide to gently touch the edge of the paper.

    3
Select the desired gradation adjustment screen:

    • Copy Job - Text

    • Copy Job - Photo

    • Print Job

    • Network Controller - 1

    • Network Controller - 2

Press Start. The Adjustment Chart is output.

    4
Place the Adjustment Chart face down on the Document Glass with both Magenta color patches against the left side of the glass.

    5
Place 5 sheets of white paper on top of the Adjustment Chart and close the DADF. Select Start.

    6
To continue Auto Gradation Adjustment with other screens, repeat steps 2 to 5. When you are finished, select Close until the System Settings screen is displayed.

    7
Select Exit to exit the System Settings mode.

You need to reset the printer in service mode. Additional functions, #. scroll to printer, then printer reset. If this doesn't work then you need a new fuser.

Dc 236 machine has a fault code 010-320. fuser is new, lvps is new and so the small board, i dont know the name of that board... but still 010-320 is there... trying to reset the value of nvm from 2 to 0,...

Well since you know how to enter diagnostics. Go to DC132 and select all copier nvm. Do an all copier nvm initialization, it will correct any default errors in the memory.
You will just have to then reset things like the power save timers and I would also go in and do a dc604 registration adjustment.

Xerox 5225 fault code 010-320???

If you have a Xerox WC5225 with Error Code 010-320, then you have a fuser problem. The fuser is the heated item which bonds the image, just before it exits the unit. The machine monitors the temperature sensors and heating elements on this part.
The fuser is sold as PN 126K24980. It is easy to replace yourself.

Xerox DocuColor 3535 103-208 error I accidentaly

There isn't much you can do, except perhaps buy at least one new board. But those are expensive
In this case, a better solution is to call Xerox. This correction must be done by an Authorized Xerox technician, with their proprietary laptop called a PWS.

They will run the procedure called GP-10 Replacing Billing PWBs.

How did you resolve the color problem? I am having the same issue on a Xerox Workcentre 24. After initializing the NVM, the auto-feeder does not work and the colors are off. How did you resolve the colors being offset?
