I am getting a high voltage code on my 07 avalanche, why?

If your dash Voltmeter is reading high, then the Regulator is bad. The Alternator is capable of more than the 14.2Volts output, but the Regulator is what is keeping the high voltage in check.

But if this is about other electrical parts, then check for burnt resistor wiring that is grounding. Sometimes O2 sensors shortout, they have heaters built in them to quicken Emissions regulation. But the O2 sensor operates at a lower base Voltage range and when they short, they get the full charge.

Blower motor will not shut off

I can't speak to the cost, a local dealer can do that. As for the reason the fan runs on, it sounds like either a stuck power relay (location should be in the owners manual) or a bad fan speed regulator. Since the fan is stuck on high, I suspect the fan speed regulator is bad. On some cars the regulator is part of the fan assembly, and on some it's separate. Also, there is a possibility you can repair the circuit board, assuming it's something as simple as a burnt out diode. Best of luck!

I have a 2003 Dodge Dakota the ac blower motor quit working. I found burnt wires up under where the glove box is close to the blower motor. Looks life going to some type of module. How do I fix the blower...

Those wires are likely going to blower resistor. Try replacing the blower resistor, and replace connectors on wires to it from blower motor. You just might get lucky. (blower resistor is what regulates blower speeds)

Ive replace the convergence IC and the whole power board and tv set still wont turn on. have a voltage regulator on the way now to see if that is the part thats messed up. cant figure this out. resistors...

Resistors need to have one end of them unsoldered and lifted out of circuit to test with the ohms meter leaving them in will often give a false reading since they tend to measure circuit resistance when checked in circuit.

Number 4 on my interior heating works but 1,2,3 dont why would this be??

It sounds like your blower motor resistor. It doesn't work on 1? What happens is the resistors burn out leaving less resistance for the current to flow through thus only having hi heat. I would start by checking the blower motor resistor. When you pull it out most of the time you can even see the resistors burnt out.

My 2000 Daewoo Lanos's Heater/AC was working in all 4 settings (1 low, 2 med, 3 high, 4 super high). Now it only works in setting number 4 and the others just stay off. What could be the problem?

You have one of two situations. One would be a burned out resistor group within the heater box, this controls the voltage flow to the blower motor. The resistor group is a small(about 1 1/2 inches by 3/4 of an inch rectangular plate made of black or biege plastic with four push on connectors. This is usually located on the passenger side under the dash on the heater box. The other possible location is on the passenger side firewall under the hood Look for signs of burnt plastic first, then remove the two mounting screws and look at the inner parts. Most likely you'll find one , or more of the windings are broken. Thank you, Dana

Need help with an emx300 mixer/ amp, burnt

Well I can tell it's 1, 0, something at 5%. However that 3rd band is the multiplier so It could be anything 1 ohm to 1 megaohm. The only way to find out is with a circuit diagram. Try having another look around the board, sometimes the same type of resistor is used in another place.
If you can't find one and can't get hold of the diagram try a 1k or a 10k or a 100k resistor etc. One might work!
